Why We Exist
We decided to launch our firm because we observed a gap in the M&A advisor market - too often early-stage founders were left stranded without a compelling option when it came to leaning on a longstanding, trusted partner to advise them on navigating the complexities of the growth equity and M&A markets. Oftentimes they’re left choosing from relatively unsophisticated, industry-agnostic, volume-oriented business brokers or larger investment banks who end up deprioritizing early-stage companies as clients leading to inexperienced junior bankers leading the transaction. Not only that, but the engagement agreements with these entities tend to be fairly rigid in nature across a fairly short, finite time period, i.e. they spend significant time with companies only once a transaction is imminent and only for a transaction success fee.
